Method for producing food additives composition comprising medicinal plant extract and composition by the same

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a food additive composition comprising a medicinal plant extract, which improves the utilization of medicinal plant resources and improves the convenience of intake of medicinal plants, and to a food additive composition prepared by the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a food additive composition comprising a medicinal plant extract, comprising the following steps: (a) mixing purified salt, purified water and a medicinal plant extract; (b) aging the mixed product after mixing; and (c) sterilizing and cooling the aged mixed product.
