Disclosed is a motor having a compact size by reducing a size in an axial direction and a radial direction. The motor comprises: a stator; and a rotor disposed outside the stator and configured to rotate in electromagnetic interaction with the stator. The rotor comprises: a round-shaped back yoke; a plurality of magnets disposed on an inner surface of the back yoke to be spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the back yoke; and a frame provided to couple the back yoke and the plurality of magnets, wherein the frame has an open side surface so that an outer surface of the back yoke is exposed to the outside of the frame. 축 방향 및 반경 방향으로의 크기를 줄여 컴팩트한 크기를 갖는 모터를 개시한다. 모터는, 스테이터 및 상기 스테이터의 외측에 배치되어 상기 스테이터와 전자기적으로 상호 작용하여 회전하도록 구성되는 로터를 포함하고, 상기 로터는, 환형의 백 요크와, 상기 백 요크의 내면에 상기 백 요크의 원주 방향을 따라 이격되게 배치되는 복수의 마그넷 및 상기 백 요크와 상기 복수의 마그넷을 결합하도록 마련되는 프레임으로서, 상기 백 요크의 외면이 상기 프레임 외부로 노출되도록 개방된 측면을 갖는 프레임을 포함할 수 있다.
