Method for Providing Personalized Healthcare Services and Managing Server Used Therein

Disclosed are a method for providing a customized healthcare service and a management server used therefor. The present invention is implemented through a process in which a management server receives user information including the user's activity information and the user's physical condition information from a wearable device worn by a user, receives the user's content usage information from a content providing server that provides sports content used by the user while wearing the wearable device, analyzes the user's health condition based on the user information and the content usage information, and generates customized sports coaching information for the user based on the user's health condition analysis result. According to the present invention, as the user's health condition can be analyzed based on measurement information of the wearable device worn by the user using augmented reality sports content and usage information of the augmented reality sports content, a user-customized sports coaching service can be provided.
