| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening and skin wrinkle reduction containing a lactic acid bacteria fermented product of Chrysanthemum and Magnolia kobus hot spring water extracts. The composition contains 0.01 to 20.0 wt% of the lactic acid bacteria fermented product of Chrysanthemum and Magnolia kobus hot spring water extracts as an active ingredient, based on the total weight of the cosmetic materials. The cosmetic composition for skin whitening and skin wrinkle reduction of the present invention is safe for the skin and exhibits excellent melanin production inhibition and antioxidant activities due to the synergistic action of the complex components of Chrysanthemum and Magnolia kobus, thereby having excellent anti-wrinkle, elasticity improvement and aging delay effects.
