Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a galvanized steel sheet with excellent weldability and a galvanized steel sheet thereof. According to a perspective of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the galvanized steel sheet with excellent weldability comprises: a step of preparing a hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel sheet including 0.12-0.22 wt% of carbon (C), 1.6-2.4 wt% of silicone (Si), 2.0-3.0 wt% of manganese (Mn), more than 0 and 0.02 wt% or less of phosphorous (P), more than 0 and 0.005 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.01-0.05 wt% of aluminum (Al), more than 0 and 0.05 wt% or less of chrome (Cr), more than 0 and 0.05 wt% or less of titanium (Ti), more than 0 and 0.05 wt% or less of molybdenum (Mo), more than 0 and 0.05 wt% or less of niobium (Nb), and remaining iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities; a step of annealing and heating the steel sheet at a temperature of 870-900℃; a step of firstly cooling the steel sheet at a temperature of 700-800℃; a step of secondly cooling the steel sheet at a temperature of 200-300℃; a step of reheating the steel sheet at a temperature of 370-430℃ and maintaining the steel sheet; and a step of hot-dip-galvanizing the steel sheet.
일 관점에 따른 용접성이 우수한 아연도금강판의 제조방법은, 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.12~0.22%, 실리콘(Si): 1.6~2.4%, 망간(Mn): 2.0~3.0%, 인(P): 0 초과 0.02% 이하, 황(S): 0 초과 0.005% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0.01~0.05%, 크롬(Cr): 0 초과 0.05% 이하, 티타늄(Ti): 0 초과 0.05% 이하, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0 초과 0.05% 이하, 니오븀(Nb): 0 초과 0.05% 이하를 함유하고, 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 열연 또는 냉연 강판을 준비하는 단계, 강판을 870 ~ 900℃에서 소둔열처리하는 단계, 강판을 700 ~ 800℃의 온도로 1차 냉각하는 단계, 강판을 200 ~ 300℃로 2차 냉각하는 단계, 강판을 370 ~ 430℃까지 재가열하고 유지하는 단계, 및 강판에 대해 용융아연도금 처리를 실시하는 단계를 포함한다. |
