Embodiments of the present invention relate to an organic light emitting display panel and an organic light emitting display device including the same and, more particularly, to an organic light emitting display panel and an organic light emitting display device having improved transmittance and resolution by including an organic layer disposed in contact with a portion of the upper surface of a first electrode and including a light emitting layer, a second electrode disposed on the organic layer and the first electrode, at least one organic pattern disposed on the second electrode and disposed in at least a portion of the at least one light emitting area, and a third electrode disposed on the second electrode in the plurality of subpixels and disposed on the same layer as the organic pattern and disposed to surround the side surface of the organic pattern. 본 발명의 실시예들은, 유기발광 표시패널 및 이를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 제1 전극의 상면의 일부와 접촉하도록 배치되되 발광층을 포함하는 유기층, 유기층 및 제1 전극 상에 배치된 제2 전극, 제2 전극 상에 배치되되 적어도 하나의 발광영역의 적어도 일부 영역에 배치된 적어도 1개의 유기 패턴 및 다수의 서브픽셀에서 제2 전극 상에 배치되되, 유기 패턴과 동일층에 배치되고 유기 패턴의 측면을 둘러싸도록 배치된 제3 전극을 포함함으로써, 투과율 및 해상도가 향상된 유기발광 표시패널 및 유기발광 표시장치를 제공할 수 있다.
