Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a novel azo-based reactive disperse dye for dyeing in a supercritical fluid, and a supercritical fluid dyeing method using the same. The azo-based reactive disperse dye for dyeing in a supercritical fluid according to the present invention has various colors and is excellent in color fastness to sunlight, fastness to washing, fastness to sweat, and various physical properties. Therefore, when dyeing a polyamide-based fiber, an animal fiber, a cellulose fiber, and the like in a supercritical fluid by using the azo-based reactive disperse dye for dyeing in a supercritical fluid of the present invention, it is not only environmentally friendly, but also reduces production costs.
본 발명은 초임계 유체 염색용 신규 아조계 반응성 분산염료 및 이를 이용한 초임계 유체 염색 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 초임계 유체 염색용 아조계 반응성 분산염료는 다양한 색상을 가지며, 일광견뢰도, 세탁견뢰도, 땀 견뢰도 및 제반 물성이 우수하다. 따라서 본 발명의 초임계 유체 염색용 아조계 반응성 분산염료를 이용하여 폴리아마이드계 섬유, 동물성 섬유 및 셀룰로오스 섬유 등에 초임계 유체 염색 시 환경친화적일뿐만 아니라, 생산가격을 절감할 수 있다. |
