Zusammenfassung:	A DNA detection method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: adding a sample to a buffer solution and then dissolving the same at room temperature for 15 minutes or less to obtain a DNA extract; and detecting DNA for a desired target in the final sample obtained after adding the DNA extract as a template to a PCR master solution. The DNA detection method according to the present invention has a simpler experimental process and shorter time than conventional methods. 본 발명에 따른 DNA 검출 방법은 검체시료를 버퍼용액에 가한 후 상온에서 15분 이하의 시간동안 용해하여 DNA 추출물을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 DNA 추출물을 템플레이트로 하여 PCR 마스터용액에 가한 후 얻어진 최종 샘플에서 원하는 타겟에 대한 DNA를 검출하는 단계;로 이루어진다.
