Parking management system using image analysis based vehicle object recognition and tracking

The present invention relates to a parking management system using vehicle object recognition and tracking based on image analysis. The parking management system includes: an entrance camera which is provided at the entrance of a parking lot to photograph a license plate number of a vehicle entering the entrance of the parking lot, and transmits the photographed license plate number information and entry time information; a control camera which photographs an area of the parking lot and transmits the photographed image information; and a parking management server which recognizes the vehicle's license plate number from the image information photographed by the entrance camera and assigns a unique ID to the vehicle corresponding to the recognized license plate number. 본 발명은 영상분석 기반의 차량객체 인식 및 추적을 이용한 주차관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 주차장 입구에 구비되어 주차장 입구로 진입하는 차량의 차량번호판을 촬영하고, 촬영된 차량번호 정보와 진입 시간정보를 전송하는 입구 카메라, 주차장의 영역을 촬영하고, 촬영된 영상 정보를 전송하는 관제 카메라, 및 입구 카메라에 의해 촬영된 영상 정보에서 차량의 차량번호를 인식하고, 인식된 차량번호에 해당하는 차량에 고유 ID를 부여하는 주차관리 서버를 포함한다.
