The present invention is to provide a foreign material collecting device capable of removing foreign materials and an electrical steel sheet manufacturing facility including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a foreign material collecting device may comprise: a collection body unit having an inlet through which air containing magnetic foreign materials enters, and an outlet through which the air from which the magnetic foreign materials has been removed is discharged; and a magnetic separation unit connected to the collection body unit and including a magnet member for separating the magnetic foreign materials by attractive force in the air flowing inside the collection body unit, and a non-magnetic member surrounding the magnet member. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이물질 포집장치는 자성 이물질이 포함된 공기가 진입하는 유입구와, 자성 이물질이 제거된 공기가 배출되는 유출구가 형성된 포집바디유닛 및 상기 포집바디유닛에 연계되며, 상기 포집바디유닛의 내부에서 유동하는 상기 공기 중에서 상기 자성 이물질을 인력에 의해서 분리하는 자석부재를 포함하되, 상기 자석부재를 감싸는 비자성부재가 구비된 자기분리유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
