Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a laminating apparatus and a laminating method for manufacturing a back cover of a portable terminal. A device for laminating a work object coated with a UV adhesive between a cover substrate and a film member comprises: a body having a working space; a setting unit having a work object set in the working space; a vacuum applying unit forming a vacuum state by applying a vacuum pressure to the working space; a pressing unit for pressing the work object set in the working space; a UV irradiation unit for irradiating UV to the work object set in the working space; and a control module for controlling an operation of the vacuum applying unit, the pressing unit, and the UV irradiation unit. According to the present invention, there is a technical advantage of manufacturing a high-quality back cover by uniformly and firmly laminating a back cover material and a film member. 본 발명은 휴대단말기의 백커버 제조용 합지장치 및 합지방법에 관한 것으로서, 커버기재와 필름부재 사이에 유브이접착제가 도포된 작업대상물을 합지시키는 장치로서, 작업공간을 갖는 본체와, 상기 작업공간에 작업대상물이 세팅되는 세팅부와, 상기 작업공간에 진공압력을 인가하여 진공을 형성하는 진공인가부와, 상기 작업공간에 세팅된 작업대상물을 가압하는 가압부와, 상기 작업공간에 세팅된 작업대상물에 유이브를 조사하는 유브이조사부와, 상기 진공인가부, 가압부, 유브이조사부의 작동을 제어하는 제어모듈을 포함한다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 백커버 소재인 커버기재와 필름부재를 균일하면서 견고하게 합지시켜 고품질의 백커버를 제조할 수 있는 기술적 장점이 있다.
