Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a phenolic resin, a composition thereof and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a phenolic resin for an aqueous binder and a preparation method thereof. The phenolic resin composition of the present invention contains phenol and formaldehyde in a molar ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a first formaldehyde scavenger and 15 to 40 parts by weight of a second formaldehyde scavenger based on 100 parts by weight of the phenol. 본 발명은 페놀 수지, 이의 조성물 및 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 수성 바인더용 페놀 수지 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 페놀 수지 조성물은 페놀 및 포름알데히드를 1:1 내지 1:2의 몰비로 포함하고, 상기 페놀 100 중량부를 기준으로 제1 포름알데히드 스캐빈저 0.1 내지 20 중량부 및 제2 포름알데히드 스캐빈저 15 내지 40 중량부를 포함한다.
