Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an inorganic light emitting diode wherein a light emitting material layer positioned between a first electrode and a second electrode includes inorganic light emitting particles and an ionic liquid mixed with the inorganic light emitting particles, and an inorganic light emitting device including the inorganic light emitting diode. The ionic liquid is introduced into the light emitting material layer to improve the dispersion characteristics of the inorganic light emitting particles, and to stabilize excitons formed by recombination of electric charges in the light emitting material layer. The ionic liquid is introduced into the light emitting material layer to improve the luminous efficiency while lowering the driving voltage of the inorganic light emitting diode and the inorganic light emitting device. 본 발명은 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광물질층이 무기 발광 입자와, 무기 발광 입자에 배합되는 이온성 액체를 포함하는 무기발광다이오드와, 상기 무기발광다이오드를 포함하는 무기발광장치에 관한 것이다. 이온성 액체를 발광물질층에 도입하여, 무기 발광 입자의 분산 특성을 향상시키고, 발광물질층에서 전하의 재결합에 의해 형성되는 엑시톤을 안정화시킨다. 이온성 액체를 발광물질층에 도입하여, 무기발광다이오드 및 무기발광장치의 구동 전압을 낮추면서 발광 효율이 향상된다.
