The present invention relates to a multifunctional PC label scale and a multifunctional PC label scale system. According to the present invention, the multifunctional PC label scale can scale the weight of a product for sale, issue a label for the product for sale, register deposit and withdrawal, and, when issuing a label after scaling, set a product with the issued label onto sale. According to the present invention, the multifunctional PC label scale system comprises the PC label scale (100), and a manager computer (200) connected with the PC label scale (100) through a network. The PC label scale (100) requests the manager computer (200) for functional expansion to a PSP.
