Zusammenfassung:	The present invention comprises: a main body equipped with a heating drum in which coffee beans are put in and heated, and a cooling drum in which coffee beans discharged from a heating drum are stored so that coffee beans roasted in the heating drum are discharged and cooled; an exhaust blower installed in the main body and formed to suck in air from the heating drum and the cooling drum and discharge the same to the outside of the main body; and a driving motor driving a stirring blade installed in the cooling drum to stir the coffee beans, and installed so as to be exposed to the outside from the top of the cooling drum. 본 발명은 커피원두가 투입되어 가열되는 가열드럼과, 상기 가열드럼 내에서 로스팅된 커피원두가 배출되어 냉각되도록 상기 가열드럼에서 배출되는 커피원두가 보관되는 냉각드럼이 설치되는 본체, 상기 본체에 설치되며, 상기 가열드럼 및 상기 냉각드럼의 공기를 흡입하여 상기 본체의 외부로 배출시키도록 형성되는 배기 블로워 및 상기 냉각드럼의 내부에 설치되어 커피원두를 교반시키는 교반 블레이드를 구동시키며, 상기 냉각드럼의 상부에서 외부로 노출되도록 설치되는 구동모터를 포함한다.
