Zusammenfassung:A cooling water circulating type rice cake preparation system according to the present invention comprises: a rice cake forming part; and a cooling water circulating part which sterilizes and cools discharged water discharged after being used for cooling rice cake in the rice cake forming part, to generate cooling water and supplies the generated sterilized cooling water to the rice cake forming part. The cooling water circulating part comprises: a water collection unit for collecting and storing the discharged water discharged from the rice cake forming part; a cooling unit including a cooling chamber for receiving and storing the discharged water stored in the water collection unit, and a cooling module for cooling the stored discharged water to generate cooling water; and a sterilization unit which sterilizes the cooling water generated by the cooling unit. The cooling module comprises: a heat transfer medium formed on one side of the cooling chamber and configured to cool the discharged water stored in the cooling chamber; a thermoelectric conversion element for generating and supplying cold air to the heat transfer medium; a heat radiating plate for discharging heat generated in the thermoelectric conversion element; a cooling fan for discharging heat from the heat radiating plate; and a housing for accommodating and integrating the heat transfer medium, the thermoelectric conversion element, the heat radiating plate and the cooling fan. Accordingly, the present invention is provided with a means for sterilizing, cooling, and reusing cooling water used in a rice cake preparation process, thereby greatly reducing the amount of water used. 본 발명에 따른 냉각수 순환식 떡 제조 시스템은, 떡 성형부 및 떡 성형부에서 떡을 냉각시키는 용도로 활용된 다음 배출되는 배출수를 살균 및 냉각하여 냉각수를 생성하고, 생성한 살균 냉각수를 상기 떡 성형부에 공급하도록 하는 냉각수 순환부;를 포함하며, 상기 냉각수 순환부는, 상기 떡 성형부에서 배출되는 배출수를 집수하여 저장하는 집수 유닛, 상기 집수 유닛에 저장한 배출수를 공급받아 저장하는 냉각 챔버를 포함하고 저장한 배출수를 냉각하여 냉각수를 생성하는 냉각 모듈을 포함하는 냉각 유닛, 상기 냉각 유닛에서 생성한 냉각수를 살균하는 살균 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 냉각 모듈은, 냉각 챔버의 일측에 형성되어 상기 냉각 챔버에 저장한 배출수를 냉각하는 열전달매체, 상기 열전달매체에 냉기를 생성하여 공급하는 열전변환소자, 상기 열전변환소자에 생성되는 열기를 배출하는 방열판, 상기 방열판에서 열기가 배출되도록 하는 냉각팬 및 상기 열전달매체, 열전변환소자, 방열판 및 냉각팬을 수용하여 일체화시키는 하우징을 포함하여 떡 제조 공정에서 활용된 냉각수를 살균 및 냉각하여 재사용하도록 하는 수단이 구비되어 물의 사용량을 크게 줄일 수 있다.
