Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device and a method for processing a missing AIS signal using multiple imputation procedure. The present invention analyzes location information included in an AIS signal received from each of ships to generate a ship movement matrix based on the frequency of the routes the ships have passed, and the present invention processes the missing by estimating the location information determined between the first location information and the second location information using a multiple imputation technique, when the ship with the missing between the first location information and the second location information is detected. 본 발명은 다중 대치를 이용하여 AIS 신호의 결측을 처리하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 선박들 각각로부터 수신되는 AIS 신호에 포함된 위치 정보를 분석하여 상기 선박들이 지나온 경로의 빈도를 기반으로 하는 선박 이동 행렬을 생성하고, 제1 위치 정보와 제2 위치 정보 사이에 결측이 존재하는 선박이 감지되면, 다중 대치 기술을 이용해서 상기 제1 위치 정보와 상기 제2 위치 정보 사이에 결정된 위치 정보를 추정하여 결측을 처리한다.
