The system comprises: a management server mapping lessor information and lessee information for each profit-type real estate rental property one-to-one through a non-face-to-face mobile substrate method to register the same in a rental credit card automatic payment service; and a payment intermediary server performing payment by linking rental in accordance with a lease contract between a lessor and a lessee for each profit-type real estate rental property registered in the rental credit card automatic payment service with a card company server by credit card information of the registered lessee every month. 수익형 부동산 임대료 카드 결제 중개 플랫폼 시스템이 개시된다. 이 시스템은 비대면 모바일 가입 방식을 통해 수익형 부동산 임대 물건별 임대인 정보와 임차인 정보를 일대일 매핑시켜 임대료 신용카드 자동납부 서비스에 등록하는 관리 서버, 및 임대료 신용카드 자동납부 서비스에 등록된 수익형 부동산 임대 물건별 임대인과 임차인 간의 임대차 계약에 따른 임대료를 월마다 기등록된 임차인의 신용카드 정보로 카드사 서버와 연계하여 결제 처리하는 결제 중개 서버를 포함한다.
