Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is to provide an optimal processing condition deriving method that can improve processing quality by deriving optimized processing conditions for each operation through processing stability evaluation of processing tools and materials. According to the present invention, the optimal processing condition deriving method comprises the steps of: (a) selecting a plurality of processing conditions; (b) performing an analysis for each preset selection item according to the plurality of processing conditions selected in the step (a); (c) selecting a processing material and a processing tool, and optimizing the plurality of processing conditions based on the analysis result in the step (b); (d) extracting a processing stable region for the processing conditions optimized by the step (c); (e) arranging the plurality of processing conditions in order of priority according to a preset arrangement standard; and (f) determining the optimal processing conditions based on the processing stable region and the processing conditions.
본 발명에 따른 최적 가공조건 도출방법은, 복수의 가공조건을 선정하는 (a)단계, 상기 (a)단계에서 선정된 복수의 가공조건에 따라 기 설정된 선정항목 별 분석을 수행하는 (b)단계, 가공소재 및 가공공구를 선정하고, 상기 (b)단계에서의 분석 결과를 기반으로 하여 상기 복수의 가공조건을 최적화하는 (c)단계, 상기 (c)단계에 의해 최적화된 가공조건에 대해 가공안정영역을 추출하는 (d)단계, 기 설정된 배열기준에 따라 상기 복수의 가공조건을 우선순위 순으로 배열하는 (e)단계 및 상기 가공안정영역 및 상기 가공조건을 기초로 하여 최적 가공조건을 판단하는 (f)단계를 포함한다. |
