Zusammenfassung: | In cubic boron nitride particles according to one aspect of the present invention, a multi-layer coating is formed on the surface for the surface of cBN particles not to be directly exposed, compared to a single coating layer, and thus, when a PCBN sintered body is formed, the curvature of the surface is reduced without direct bonding between the cBN particles being formed to improve the fluidity when mixed with a binder. A method for manufacturing the cubic boron nitride particles according to another aspect of the present invention comprises a coating layer treatment step in which, after a first coating layer forming step, the surface of the coating layer particles is flattened and the shape thereof is adjusted to be formed close to a spherical shape.
본 발명의 일측면에 따른 입방정 질화붕소 입자는 표면에 다층 코팅이 형성되어 단일 코팅층 대비 cBN 입자의 표면이 직접 노출되지 않아 PCBN소결체 형성 시 cBN 입자간 직접 결합이 형성되지 않으면서 표면의 굴곡이 감소되어 바인더와 혼합 시 유동성이 향상될 수 있다. 본 발명의 다른 측면에 따른 입방정 질화붕소 입자 제조방법은 제1코팅층 형성단계 이후에 코팅층 입자의 표면을 평탄화하고 형태가 구형에 가깝게 형성되도록 조절하는 코팅층 처리단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
