METHOD FOR MEASURING THINNING OF EXHAUST VALVE ROD MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND MEASUREMENT APPARATUS

According to the present invention, a thinning amount of an exhaust valve rod can be conveniently measured. The present invention includes: a first measurement process of placing measurement equipment (1), including a distance sensor (2) for detecting a distance to a target in a contactless manner, below an exhaust valve rod (42) in a cylinder liner (30) and measuring a distance to a lower surface (42f) of the exhaust valve rod (42) as a first measurement value; a second measurement process of placing the measurement equipment (1) on the same position as a position in the first measurement process when the exhaust valve rod has been operated for a predetermined time after the first measurement process, and measuring a distance to the lower surface (42f) of the exhaust valve rod (42) as a second measurement value; and a thinning amount calculation process of calculating a thinning amount of the exhaust valve rod (42) by calculating a difference between the first and second measurement values. 본 발명은, 배기밸브봉의 감육량을 간편하게 계측한다. 비접촉으로 대상물까지의 거리를 검출하는 거리센서(2)를 포함하는 계측기기(1)를 실린더 라이너(30)의 내부에 있어서의 배기밸브봉(42)의 하방에 배치하고 배기밸브봉(42)의 하면(42f)까지의 거리를 제1계측값으로서 계측하는 제1계측공정과, 제1계측공정 후의 상기 배기밸브봉이 소정 시간 가동되었을 때에 계측기기(1)를 제1계측공정에 있어서의 위치와 동일한 위치에 배치하고 배기밸브봉(42)의 하면(42f)까지의 거리를 제2계측값으로서 계측하는 제2계측공정과, 제1계측값과 제2계측값의 차이를 산출함으로써 배기밸브봉(42)의 감육량을 산출하는 감육량 산출공정을 포함하고 있다.
