Magnetic memory device

Disclosed is a magnetic memory device. The magnetic memory device comprises: a reading unit disposed on a substrate; a magnetic track layer disposed on the reading unit and including a first sidewall portion, a second sidewall portion, and a bottom portion disposed between the first sidewall portion and the second sidewall portion; and a mold structure disposed on the bottom portion of the magnetic track layer and disposed between the first sidewall portion and the second sidewall portion of the magnetic track layer. The mold structure includes a plurality of first mold layers and a plurality of second mold layers alternately arranged in a first direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate. The magnetic track layer includes a plurality of magnetic domains and a plurality of magnetic domain walls disposed between two adjacent magnetic domains of the magnetic domains. The first sidewall portion and the second sidewall portion have a plurality of sidewall notches corresponding to the magnetic domain walls. The bottom portion has a bottom notch corresponding to one of the magnetic domain walls.
