Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a display device, which includes a second gate electrode overlapping a first gate electrode to prevent an increase in the distribution of a threshold voltage from external charges through a double gate structure, thereby improving stable transistor characteristics. The display device includes: a first substrate; a first gate electrode, a gate line, and a pixel electrode formed on the first substrate; a gate insulating layer formed on the first gate electrode, the gate line, and the pixel electrode; a semiconductor layer formed on the gate insulating layer; a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a data line formed on the semiconductor layer; an interlayer insulating film formed on the semiconductor layer, the source electrode, and the drain electrode; a second gate electrode and a common electrode formed on the interlayer insulating layer; a drain contact hole exposing the drain electrode and the pixel electrode; and a gate contact hole exposing the first gate electrode. 제 1게이트 전극과 중첩되는 제 2게이트 전극을 구비하여 더블 게이트 구조를 통해 외부 전하로부터 문턱 전압의 산포가 커지는 것을 방지하여 안정적인 트랜지스터 특성을 개선한 표시 장치에 관한 것이다.
