Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for performing composite drying of a piping system through blowing and vacuum, which comprises: a step (A) of computing proper vacuum pressure based on a material, thickness, a tolerance, and temperature data of a piping system (10); a step (B) of computing a vacuum degree by allowable outer pressure of a pipe and estimating a remaining moisture amount of the inside of the pipe; a step (C) of computing a drying rate of the pipe by applying each of a blowing drying method and a vacuum drying method; and a step (D) of determining a combination of the drying method to be sequentially performed and duration. Therefore, the present invention improves pipe drying quality through a predetermined work completion condition, selects and combines the optimized drying method to reduce work time, and satisfies a required condition to be lower than a dew point of air for blowing and drying through vacuum drying.
본 발명은 송풍과 진공으로 배관시스템의 복합건조를 수행하는 방법에 있어서: (A) 배관시스템(10)의 재질, 두께, 공차, 온도 데이터에 기반한 적정 진공압을 산출하는 단계; (B) 배관의 허용외압으로 진공도를 산출하고, 배관 내부의 잔존 수분량을 추정하는 단계; (C) 송풍건조방식과 진공건조방식을 각각 적용함에 의한 배관의 건조율을 산출하는 단계; 및 (D) 순차적으로 실행할 건조방식과 듀레이션의 조합을 결정하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 소정의 작업완료 조건을 통해 배관건조 품질을 향상하고, 최적화된 건조방식을 선택/병행하여 작업시간을 단축하고, 송풍건조용 공기의 이슬점보다 더 낮은 요구조건도 진공건조를 통해 달성가능한 효과가 있다. |
