Zusammenfassung:	A CTC separation method using countercurrent centrifugation of the present invention has the effect of isolating CTCs from blood only by a relatively simple method without a complicated pretreatment process. In addition, the CTC separation method using countercurrent centrifugation of the present invention can be used to separate CTCs without loss of cells to improve the accuracy and reliability of the CTC test. 본 발명의 역류 원심분리를 이용한 CTC 분리방법은 복잡한 전처리 과정 없이 비교적 간단한 방법만으로 혈액 중의 CTC를 분리할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 역류 원심분리를 이용한 CTC 분리방법은 세포 손실 없이 CTC를 분리할 수 있어 CTC 검사의 정확도 및 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
