Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating skin aging having a skin wrinkle alleviating or skin whitening effect. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having excellent skin wrinkle alleviating and skin whitening effects by containing Helianthus annuus seed oil and Carthamus tinctorius seed oil. The composition comprising a mixture of the Helianthus annuus seed oil and the Carthamus tinctorius seed oil of the present invention has superior skin wrinkle alleviating or skin whitening effects compared to a case of using the Helianthus annuus seed oil and the Carthamus tinctorius seed oil, respectively. 본 발명은 피부 주름 개선 또는 피부 미백 효과를 갖는 피부 노화 완화용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 해바라기씨오일과 잇꽃씨오일을 포함하여 우수한 피부 주름 개선 효과 및 피부 미백 효과를 갖는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 해바라기씨오일과 잇꽃씨오일의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물은 해바라기씨오일과 잇꽃씨오일을 각각 사용할 때보다 우수한 피부 주름 개선 효과 및 피부 미백 효과를 갖는다.
