Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a high strength polished concrete block, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a high strength polished concrete block, which has the same level of gloss and surface texture as stone products surface-treated using a concrete composition containing concrete and other additives. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a high-strength glossy concrete object. In order to overcome the conventional problems or disadvantages and make a new breakthrough, the present invention can be manufactured by a simpler process compared to a conventional method of manufacturing a polished concrete molded body, and in the manufacturing process, high strength can be maintained and gloss can be easily achieved without using high temperature and high pressure energy or complicated equipment.
본 발명은 고강도 광택 콘크리트 블록 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트와 기타 첨가물이 함유된 콘크리트 조성물을 이용하여 표면 처리된 석재 제품과 동일한 수준의 광택과 표면 질감을 가지는 고강도 광택 콘크리트 블록 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고강도 광택 콘크리트 성형체 제조 방법은 종래의 문제점 혹은 불리한 점을 극복하고 새로운 돌파구를 만들기 위하여 기존의 광택 콘크리트 성형체를 제조하는 방식에 비해 더욱 간단한 공정으로 제조 작업이 가능하고 제조 공정에서는 고온, 고압의 에너지나 복잡한 설비를 사용하지 않고도 고강도를 유지하고 광택을 쉽게 낼 수 있다. |
