Apparatus for applying a hot pack

A heating pad according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plate-shaped body; a cover positioned on a portion of the upper surface of the body to form an insertion space in the longitudinal direction of the body; a body heating element located on the upper surface of the body and emitting far-infrared rays; a cover heating element located on the lower surface of the cover to face the body heating element and emitting far-infrared rays; and a blocking part formed to face the body from the lower surfaces of both longitudinal ends of the cover in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body. The user's body part penetrates the insertion space and is positioned on the upper surface of the body, and the blocking part is in contact with the user to close between the user and the cover.
