The polysiloxane copolymer of the present invention has excellent heat resistance, flexibility, transparency, photosensitivity, and durability to be widely used as a material in the optical field and/or electronic field. 본 발명은 실록산계 중합체에서 유래된 구조 단위 및 실란계 단량체에서 유래된 구조 단위를 포함하는 폴리실록산 공중합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 폴리실록산 공중합체는 내열성, 유연성, 투명성, 감광성, 내구성 등이 우수하여 광학 분야 또는/및 전자 분야의 소재로 폭넓게 사용할 수 있다.
