One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a plant support device for a pot, wherein only a retractable tray is opened separately in a pot in which a grafted cactus is planted, so that the grafted cactus and a medium can be easily separated from the pot without damage to the root thereof, and replanting is enabled while the root vitality of the separated grafted cactus is maintained, and thus commercialization is possible.
