Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a solar cell, a unit cell included therein, and a method of manufacturing the solar cell. The solar cell includes a first unit cell manufactured by using any one piece among a plurality of pieces formed by dividing a mother substrate, and a second unit cell coupled to the first unit cell. The first unit cell includes a first cell electrode formed on a first unit substrate and having conductivity. The second unit cell includes a second cell electrode formed on a second unit substrate and having conductivity. The second cell electrode and the first cell electrode are bonded to each other without a bonding material to combine the second unit cell and the first unit cell. It is possible to reduce the degree of reduction in solar cell power generation efficiency due to the resistance of the bonding material itself.
본 발명은 모기판(Mother Substrate)을 분리함에 따라 형성된 복수개의 조각들 중에서 어느 하나의 조각을 이용하여 제조된 제1단위셀; 및 상기 제1단위셀에 결합된 제2단위셀을 포함하고, 상기 제1단위셀은 제1단위기판 상에 형성되고 전도성을 가지는 제1셀전극을 포함하며, 상기 제2단위셀은 제2단위기판 상에 형성되고 전도성을 가지는 제2셀전극을 포함하고, 상기 제2셀전극과 상기 제1셀전극은 접합물질 없이 서로 접합되어서 상기 제2단위셀과 상기 제1단위셀을 결합시키는 태양전지, 이에 포함된 단위셀, 및 태양전지 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
