The present invention relates to an elderly population health care system, which includes: a sensor module (100) for collecting user's body information; a fixing means (110) for attaching the sensor module (100) to a specific part of a user's body; a server (200) which determines a user's posture and health status based on the information collected from the sensor module (100) and generates a result value; and a user terminal (300) for receiving the user's posture and health status information from the server (200).
