Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polymer composite material separation membrane used in a water treatment process and, particularly, to a polymer composite material separation membrane having improved mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, and stain resistance by adding a modified graphene oxide filler to a polymer separation membrane, and a method for manufacturing the same. Also, the present invention relates to a graphene oxide filler comprising an amphoteric material and a method for manufacturing the same. Presented are a graphene oxide filler capable of strong interaction with water and a simple graphene oxide modification method in a single process. 본 발명은, 수처리 공정에 사용하는 고분자 복합재료 분리막에 관한 것으로, 특히 고분자 분리막에 개질된 그래핀 옥사이드 충전제를 첨가하여 기계적 물성, 친수성, 및 내오염성을 향상시킨 고분자 복합재료 분리막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 그리고, 본 발명은 양쪽성 물질을 포함하는 그래핀 옥사이드 충전제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 물과 강한 상호작용이 가능한 그래핀 옥사이드 충전제 및 단일 공정의 간편한 그래핀 옥사이드 개질 방법을 제시한다.
