Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an LED lighting device of high directivity using 3D printing and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are an LED lighting device which comprises: an optically-transparent member (10); an LED package (20) and an LED driving element (30) installed on the optically-transparent member (10); a conductive circuit pattern (40) which is formed through 3D printing, and electrically connects the LED package (20) with the LED driving element (30); and a protective layer (50) formed on the conductive circuit pattern (40), and a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, provided are an LED lighting device which comprises: a lens (100) including a flat part (110) and a convex part (120); an engraved part (60) formed on the flat part (110) of the lens (100); an LED package (20) and an LED driving element (30) inserted and installed on the engraved part (60) of the flat part (110); a conductive circuit pattern (40) which is formed through 3D printing, and electrically connects the LED package (20) with the LED driving element (30); and a protective layer (50) formed on the conductive circuit pattern (40), and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, at least a printed circuit board (PCB) is removed, and thus, the number of components is reduced, a manufacturing process is simplified, and a high directivity angle (radiation angle) can be achieved.
본 발명은 3D 프린팅(Three-Dimensional Printing)을 이용한 고지향성의 LED 조명장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 광투과성 부재(10); 상기 광투과성 부재(10)에 설치된 LED 패키지(20)와 LED 구동 소자(30); 3D 프린팅을 통해 형성되고, 상기 LED 패키지(20)와 LED 구동 소자(30)를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전성의 회로 패턴(40); 및 상기 도전성의 회로 패턴(40) 상에 형성된 보호층(50)을 포함하는 LED 조명장치 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 평면부(110)와 볼록부(120)를 가지는 렌즈(100); 상기 렌즈(100)의 평면부(110)에 형성된 음각(60); 상기 평면부(110)의 음각(60)에 삽입, 설치된 LED 패키지(20)와 LED 구동 소자(30); 3D 프린팅을 통해 형성되고, 상기 LED 패키지(20)와 LED 구동 소자(30)를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전성의 회로 패턴(40); 및 상기 도전성의 회로 패턴(40) 상에 형성된 보호층(50)을 포함하는 LED 조명장치 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 적어도 인쇄회로기판(PCB)이 제거되어 부품 수 및 제조공정이 단순화되고, 이와 함께 높은 지향각(방사각) 등을 갖는다. |
