According to the present invention, by selecting an appropriate artificial medium for growth improvement in the production of small seedlings in a closed plant production system, it is possible to not only produce fine seedlings but also to reduce labor and increase productivity through uniform growth of seedlings. 본 발명은 인공배지를 이용한 잔대 묘의 발아율 및 묘소질 향상 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 밀폐형 식물생산 시스템 내에서 잔대 묘 생산시 생육 향상을 위한 적정 인공배지를 선발함으로써, 잔대 우량묘를 생산할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 묘의 균일한 생장을 통해 노동력 감소 및 생산성 증대 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
