Organic light emitting display device

The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device which can improve a degree of freedom of arrangement of an array stack. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a driving transistor provided in each of a plurality of pixel regions defined on a substrate; a reflective electrode, on the driving transistor, electrically connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor; a dielectric layer on the reflective electrode; a first electrode electrically connected to a source electrode of the driving transistor on the dielectric layer, and disposed to face the reflective electrode; an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer. 본 발명은 기판에 정의된 다수의 화소영역 각각에 구비된 구동트랜지스터와; 상기 구동트랜지스터 상에, 상기 구동트랜지스터의 게이트전극과 전기적으로 연결된 반사전극과; 상기 반사전극 상의 유전체층과; 상기 유전체층 상에, 상기 구동트랜지스터의 소스전극과 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 반사전극과 마주보게 배치된 제1전극과; 상기 제1전극 상의 유기발광층과; 상기 유기발광층 상의 제2전극을 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치를 제공한다.
