Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a hydraulic circuit for controlling the power of a movable working machine. According to the present invention, the hydraulic circuit applied to the movable working machine including a driving unit comprises: a main pump which supplies working fluid to the driving unit; a regulator which controls the discharged volume of the working fluid of the main pump; and a load sensing pressure oil supply unit which supplies the load sensing pressure oil generated by the driving unit to the regulator of the main pump. The regulator is formed to control the discharged volume of the working fluid of the main pump to correspond to the pressure of the load sensing pressure oil generated by the driving of the driving unit, and to give feedback of the discharged volume to the driving unit. The regulator controls the discharged volume of the working fluid by the main pump, which is when the discharge pressure of the main pump is a preset first pressure or greater and is smaller than a third pressure greater than the first pressure, than the basic discharge volume which is when the discharged volume of the working fluid is not controlled by the regulator. The present invention aims to provide the hydraulic circuit for controlling the power of the movable working machine, which is able to minimize the wasted volume of the working fluid.
본 발명에 따른 이동형 작업기계의 마력 제어를 위한 유압회로는, 주행부를 포함하는 이동형 작업기계에 적용되는 유압회로에 있어서, 상기 주행부에 작동유를 공급하는 메인펌프, 상기 메인펌프의 작동유 토출 유량을 제어하는 레귤레이터 및 상기 주행부에서 발행하는 로드센싱 압유를 상기 메인펌프의 레귤레이터로 공급하는 로드센싱 압유 공급부를 포함하며, 상기 레귤레이터는, 상기 주행부의 주행에 의해 발생한 상기 로드센싱 압유의 압력에 대응되도록 상기 메인펌프의 작동유 토출 유량을 제어하여 상기 주행부에 피드백하도록 형성되되, 상기 메인펌프의 토출 압력이 기 설정된 제1압력 이상이고, 상기 제1압력보다 큰 제3압력 미만 범위에서, 상기 메인펌프에 의한 작동유 토출량을, 상기 레귤레이터에 의해 작동유 토출 유량이 제어되지 않을 경우의 기본 토출량보다 적게 토출하도록 제어한다. |
