| Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure relates to a substrate. The substrate comprises: a plate on which a conducting wire is formed; an electrode electrically connected to the conducting wire to be formed on the plate; an oxide film formed on the electrode; and an adhesive formed on the oxide film. According to one substrate according to the present disclosure, the adhesive formed on the oxide film does not spread to the surroundings further than before being reflowed.
