ACCUMULATOR

The present invention discloses an assembly type accumulator. The disclosed assembly type accumulator comprises: a housing in which a gas filling space unit is provided therein; a cylinder movably installed in the housing and moved in accordance with a change in inner pressure; a bottom flange formed of a material same as the housing and assembled to the housing the seal the housing; and a hydraulic fluid sealing unit having a dual sealing structure to seal a portion between the cylinder and the bottom flange. Accordingly, the assembly type accumulator can be lightweight and can stably maintain balanced pressure inside the housing in accordance with an operation of a piston by manufacturing the housing filled with gas and the bottom flange assembled to seal the housing with titanium (Ti) and coupling the housing and the bottom flange to each other in an assembly manner. 본 발명은 조립식 축압기를 개시한다. 개시된 조립식 축압기는, 내부에 기체 충진공간부를 구비하는 하우징과, 하우징의 내부에 이동 가능하게 설치되며 하우징의 내부압력 변화에 따라 이동하는 실린더와, 하우징과 동일한 재질에 의해 형성되며 하우징을 밀폐하도록 하우징에 조립되는 버텀 플랜지와, 2중 실링 구조로 실린더와 버텀 플랜지 사이를 실링하는 작동유 실링부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 기체가 충진되는 하우징과 이 하우징을 밀폐하도록 조립되는 버텀 플랜지를 티타늄(Ti)으로 각각 제작하고, 조립식으로 결합하여 무게를 경량화하면서 피스톤의 작동에 따른 하우징의 내부의 압력평형을 안정되게 유지할 수 있다.
