Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a milk component-containing beverage in which the separation and aggregation of milk components are suppressed in an environment with severe temperature change. The present invention relates to a milk component-containing beverage comprising following components (A) to (D): (A) a bacteriostatic emulsifier; (B) polyglycerol fatty acid esters, wherein the main constituent fatty acid is stearic acid, and the average degree of polymerization of polyglycerin is 3.5 to 5.0; (C) glycerin organic acid fatty acid ester; and (D) glycerin mono fatty acid ester. 본 발명은 온도 변화가 심한 환경에서 유성분의 분리, 응집이 억제된 유성분 함유 음료를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 다음의 성분 (A) 내지 (D) : (A) 정균성 유화제, (B) 주요 구성 지방산이 스테아르산이면서, 폴리글리세린의 평균 중합도가 3.5 ~ 5.0인 폴리글리세린지방산에스테르, (C) 글리세린유기산지방산에스테르, 및 (D) 글리세린모노지방산에스테르를 함유하는 유성분 함유 음료에 관한 것이다.
