Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a human-friendly enzyme method for manufacturing a pseudoceramide complex from three types of low-temperature extracted Jeju natural oils (Udo peanut oil, camellia oil and Torreya nucifera oil) using highly active lipase (CalB1422-L278L) produced by recombinant high secretion using yeast; and a function of the pseudoceramide complex manufactured through the same as a cosmetic raw material. 본 발명은 효모를 이용하여 재조합 고분비 생산된 고활성 리파제(CalB1422-L278L)를 이용하여 저온추출 제주 천연오일 3종(우도땅콩오일, 동백오일 및 비자오일)으로부터 유사세라마이드 복합체를 인체 친화적 효소방법으로 제조하는 방법과 이를 통해 제조된 유사세라마이드 복합체의 화장품 원료로서의 기능에 관한 것이다.
