Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method for producing carbon nanotubes, comprising: a preliminary reaction step of making a carbon source gas react with a metal catalyst at 400 to 650℃ to form a carbon nanotube precursor; and a main reaction step of making the precursor react with a carbon source gas at 650 to 900℃ to obtain carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotubes produced by the production method have a small diameter, a large specific surface area, and a high purity, so that the number of tube strands contained per unit weight increases, thereby exhibiting a great effect of improving electrical conductivity.
본 발명은 탄소원 가스와 금속 촉매를 400℃ 내지 650℃ 에서 반응시켜 탄소나노튜브 전구체를 형성하는 예비 반응단계; 및 상기 전구체를 650℃ 내지 900℃에서 탄소원 가스와 반응시켜 탄소 나노튜브를 수득하는 본 반응단계;를 포함하는 탄소 나노튜브의 제조방법을 제공하며, 이 제조 방법으로부터 제조되는 탄소 나노튜브는 직경이 작아 비표면적이 크고, 순도가 높아, 단위 무게당 포함되는 튜브 가닥이 많아져 전기전도도 향상 효과가 크다. |
