SENSOR ASSEMBLY OPERATING AT HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE AND GAS MEASURING METHOD USING THE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to a sensor assembly operating at high temperature and high pressure, which is configured to measure various components of combustion gas under high temperature and high pressure conditions such as a combustor, and a gas measuring method using the same. According to the present invention, the sensor assembly operating at high temperature and high pressure comprises: a fixed plate (11) fixed to the inside of the combustor; an external dome (12) a lower end of which is fixed to the fixed plate (11) and an upper end which is formed in a state of being closed, and into which gas inside the combustor is introduced; an internal dome (13) which is positioned inside the external dome (12) and a lower end of which is fixed to the fixed plate (11) and an upper end of which is formed in a state of being closed; and a plurality of types of electrodes (22, 23) installed inside and outside the internal dome (13) to measure the electromotive force according to the gas concentration inside and outside the internal dome (13). 본 발명은 연소기와 같은 고온, 고압의 조건에서 연소가스의 다양한 성분을 계측할 수 있도록 한 고온 및 고압에서 작동하는 센서 어셈블리 및 이를 이용한 가스 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고온 및 고압에서 작동하는 센서 어셈블리는, 연소기의 내부에 고정되는 고정플레이트(11)와, 상기 고정플레이트(11)에 하단이 고정되고 상단은 폐쇄된 상태로 형성되고, 연소기 내부의 가스가 유입되는 외부돔(12)과, 상기 외부돔(12)의 내측에 위치하고 상기 고정플레이트(11)에 하단이 고정되고 상단은 폐쇄된 상태로 형성되는 내부돔(13)과, 상기 내부돔(13) 내외의 가스 농도에 따른 기전력을 측정하기 위해 상기 내부돔(13)의 내외에 각각 설치되는 복수 종류의 전극(22)(23)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
