Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a skin whitening composition which induces callus formation by culturing a tissue section of gallnut formed on a Rhus chinensis leaf in a callus induction medium in which culture conditions suitable for callus are formed, and contains an active ingredient extracted from a cultured Rhus chinensis callus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tissue section of gallnut formed on a Rhus chinensis leaf is cultured in a medium for callus induction or proliferation, in which culture conditions suitable for culturing the callus are formed, and is mass-produced. Then, a callus active ingredient having the effect of inhibiting the activity of melanocytes is extracted by using the same to secure a skin whitening composition. Thus, the present invention can be used as a cosmetic material that is safe for the human body and has a whitening effect. 본 발명은 붉나무 잎에 형성된 오배자의 조직절편을 캘러스 배양에 적합한 배양조건이 형성된 캘러스 유도용 배지에서 배양하여 캘러스 형성을 유도하고, 배양된 붉나무 캘러스로부터 추출된 유효성분을 함유하는 피부 미백용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 붉나무 잎에 형성된 오배자의 조직절편을 캘러스 배양에 적합한 배양조건이 형성된 캘러스 유도용 또는 증식용 배지에서 배양하여 대량 생산한 뒤 이를 이용하여 멜라닌 형성세포의 활성을 저해하는 효능을 갖는 캘러스 유효성분을 추출하여 피부 미백용 조성물을 확보함으로써 인체에 안전하고 미백효능을 갖는 화장품 소재로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
