The present invention also relates to a method for preparing a water treatment separation membrane using the composition, and the water treatment membrane. 본 발명은 상기 양 말단이 각각 히드록실기 또는 카르복실기인 불소계 화합물과 에피클로로하이드린을 반응시켜 제조한 첨가제; 및 아실할라이드 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아미드 계면중합용 조성물, 이를 이용한 수처리 분리막의 제조 방법 및 수처리 분리막에 관한 것이다.
