| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a functional polysaccharide and a cosmetic composition for moisturizing skin or improving skin elasticity, containing the functional polysaccharide as an active ingredient, wherein the manufacturing method comprises: a step of preparing cells containing polysaccharides; a step of crushing the cells to obtain an extract by extracting the polysaccharides outside cells; and a purification step of removing at least one of crude protein, crude fat, and raw flour from the extract.
