Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing a differential pressure between a common part and a dedicated part in a building caused by the stack effect. The present invention provides an apparatus for reducing the differential pressure between a common part and a dedicated part in a building caused by the stack effect, comprising: a motion sensor sensing access by a building user at a front entrance to open and close the front entrance of the dedicated part for enabling the building user to enter and exit the dedicated part and the common part of the same floor; a window opening and closing device automatically opening and closing a window of the common part installed for ventilating the common part of the building; and a control device, if the motion sensor senses the access of the user to the front entrance, calculating a pressure difference between the dedicated part and the common part to compare the pressure difference with a pressure setup value (Pa) for opening the window of the common part, and if the calculated pressure difference between the dedicated part and the common part is equal to or greater than the pressure setup value for opening the window of the common part, opening the window of the common part through the window opening and closing device to introduce or discharge air into or from the building such that the pressure difference between the dedicated part and the common part can be reduced. The present invention releases an excessive pressure difference caused by the stack effect by opening an individual window of each floor to reduce a continuous pressure difference in accordance with design changes of the building and also to reduce an intermittent pressure difference, introducing external air by opening the window of the common part to release an excessive pressure difference in accordance with the stack effect even without using an air conditioning apparatus within the building, and individually controlling the window of the common part on each floor to maintain and manage the pressure difference in accordance with the stack effect aggravated as it goes away from a neutral zone, more timely and more conveniently.
