Salt Roasting Device

The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing roasted salt which automatically and conveniently manufactures the roasted salt to maximally reduce time, effort, and cost required for manufacturing the roasted salt, and at the same time, to significantly increase productivity. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an insert/transfer device hygienically transferring and inserting bay salt; an electric furnace heating the bay salt transferred through the insert/transfer device at a high temperature by using an electric heater as a heat source to roast the bay salt; a cyclone device separating the salt evenly roasted through the electric furnace into dust, gas, and salt; an iron removal device removing iron from the roasted salt from which the dust and polluted gas have been removed through the cyclone device; a storage tank temporarily storing the roasted salt received from the iron removal device; a weighing device measuring the weight of the roasted salt received from the storage tank to put the measured roasted salt in a container or bag (sack); a dust collecting device collecting the dust generated from the cyclone device; and a scrubber cleaning and purifying polluted air generated from the electric furnace and the storage tank. 본 발명은 구운소금을 편리하게 자동으로 제조하여 구운소금을 제조하는데 소요되는 시간과 노력 및 비용을 최대한 절감하는 동시에 생산성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 구운소금 제조장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 구운소금 제조장치는 천일염을 위생적으로 이송 및 투입하는 투입이송장치와, 투입이송장치를 거쳐 전기히터를 열원으로 하여 소금을 고온으로 가열하여 굽는 전기로와, 전기로를 거쳐 고르게 구워진 소금을 분진과 가스 그리고 소금으로 분리하는 사이크론장치와, 사이크론장치를 거쳐 분진과 오염가스가 제거된 구운소금에서 철분을 제거하는 철분제거장치와, 철분제거장치를 거쳐 구워진 소금을 일시적으로 저장하는 저장탱크와, 저장탱크를 거쳐 구워진 소금의 무게를 계량하여 용기 또는 포대(자루)에 담는 계량장치와, 사이크론장치에서 발생한 분진을 포집하는 분진포집장치와, 전기로와 저장탱크로부터 발생한 오염공기를 세정 정화하는 스크라바를 포함한다.
