Zusammenfassung:	A cutting plan optimization device and a method are disclosed. The cutting plan optimization device comprises: a processing condition classification unit for classifying design objects in a design model which satisfies a pre-specified delivery date period condition according to processing conditions; and an optimal combination determination unit for combining each design object so that the classified design objects have the most similar sum length to the body length of a raw material pipe of the standard corresponding to each classification, and generating cutting plan information corresponding to the combination result for each raw material pipe. 커팅 플랜 최적화 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 커팅 플랜 최적화 장치는 미리 지정된 납기일 기간 조건을 만족하는 설계 모델 내의 설계 객체들을 가공 조건에 따라 분류하는 가공조건 분류부; 및 분류된 설계 객체들이 각 분류에 상응하는 규격의 원자재 파이프의 몸체 길이에 가장 유사한 합산 길이를 가지도록 각 설계 객체들을 조합하고, 각 원자재 파이프에 대해 조합 결과에 상응하는 커팅 플랜 정보를 생성하는 최적조합 결정부를 포함한다.
