PATENT ANALYSIS APPARATUS FOR FINDING TECHNOLOGY SUSTAINABILITY

According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a patent analysis device for exploring sustainability of a technology which comprises: a data collection unit which collects, from a patent database, a plurality of patent documents related to a target technology using a preset search equation; a data processing unit which pre-processes a plurality of patent documents to generate a plurality of technology keywords and count data including the number of occurrence frequencies of the technology keywords; a data modeling unit which performs Bayesian count data modeling based on the count data to generate a technology tree including a plurality of response keywords and description keywords; and an analysis unit which analyzes a technology field which enables a target technology to be sustainable based on the technology tree. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기술의 지속 가능성을 탐색하기 위한 특허 분석 장치는 특허 데이터베이스로부터 미리 설정된 검색 방정식을 이용하여 대상 기술에 연관된 복수의 특허 문서를 수집하는 데이터 수집부, 복수의 특허 문서를 전처리하여 복수의 기술 키워드 및 기술 키워드의 발생 빈도 수를 포함하는 카운트 데이터를 생성하는 데이터 처리부, 카운트 데이터를 기반으로 베이지안 카운트 데이터 모델링을 수행하여 복수의 응답 키워드 및 설명 키워드를 포함하는 기술 트리를 생성하는 데이터 모델링부, 및 기술 트리를 기반으로 대상 기술을 지속 가능하게 하는 기술 분야를 분석하는 분석부를 포함한다.
